Over the past few years many organizations made commitments to uplift diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. They had great intentions, invested large amounts of resources, and released public statements. Unfortunately, many of the same organizations are now reporting frustration with stagnated DEI efforts. The workforce has changed and is continuing to change daily. Organizations who are serious about integrating and sustaining DEI must find practical ways to create sustainable change within their organization.
