Opportunity Builders, Inc. (OBI) supports youth and adults with disabilities to experience full inclusion in their communities as the learn, work, and pursue their paths to personal success. This nonprofit organization supports local businesses with their hiring needs, and provides an array of employment services including training and job placement for individuals with disabilities. OBI relies heavily on community partnerships, which connect the people supported with opportunities to give back through volunteerism, to get involved with community initiatives, and to be included in all aspects of society.
