Kindness Grows Here is a 100% volunteer, grassroots organization whose mission is to create a kinder world by helping and supporting children as they tackle community needs, social injustice, and serve as examples for others. To date, KGH has impacted 32 states, 7 countries, and more than 60,000 individuals. KGH believes that in order to create a kinder world, we must foster kindness in our youth. We also believe that in order to create a world where children promote equity, celebrate differences, and encourage compassion and courageous acts, they must be empowered to make change in their communities through kindness. Each year KGH awards small Kid Kindness Grants to children between the ages of 5 and 18 to carry out kindness projects in their community. To date KGH has funded 217 grants, ranging from $30 for an individual to $800 for a group, to youth across the United states.
