  • Banner sponsors will provide us with a 4'x6' banner that we will place around the festival grounds in high visibility locations. If you need a local printer from within the Chamber that can print your banner please let us know. They will come weather proofed and grommeted which will be a much higher quality than anything you order online.
  • Sponsor opportunity is to sponsor the newly added "Crafter's Corner".

    Sponsor will be advertised online in advance of the event.

    Sponsor will be listed on the Festival on the Green section of the website.

    Sponsors flyers/promotional items will be placed in the 500 Festival on the Green Bags.

    Sponsor will receive a 10x10 space next to the Crafters area.
  • Sponsor our entertainment area and receive 1) A 10x10 space 2) Banner displayed by the entertainment area. 3) Ability to place items in our 500 bags 4) Sponsorship recognition online
  • We will be handing out Festival on the Green bags to the first 500 patrons to come to the Chamber table. We need 500 flyers and/or promotional items in the bag.

    This is a GREAT opportunity to introduce community members to your business. We highly encourage your business to place promotional items versus flyers as patrons tend to utilize tangible items in the bags. If you need a referral to a Chamber business that provides promotional items, we are happy to assist.

    Have your business represented by providing items that will be included in the bags that are handed out.

    The chamber office MUST have items in hand no later than September 21, 2018.

    *You must provide 500 items to place in the bags.
  • We will be handing out Festival on the Green bags to the first 500 patrons to come to the Chamber table. We need 500 flyers and/or promotional items in the bag.

    * Ability to place promotional items/flyer in 500 Festival on the Green bags
  • * Signage on the 2 Golf Carts riding around the event
    * Banner at the event (sponsor responsible for providing the banner

  • We are seeking Game Truck sponsors for the event. The Game Truck will be a big draw for patrons and will be provided as a free activity. Included with the sponsorship:

  • We are seeking interactive craft sponsors for the event.

    The additional crafts will be a big draw for patrons and will be provided as a free activity for the kids.

    Interactive Craft sponsor will be responsible for providing the craft, staffing and all of the corresponding supplies needed.

    Included with the sponsorship:
    * A booth space located near in the family area * A minimum of 1 mention at the event
    * Logo with hyperlink on the website
    * 1, 4'x6' Banner on site (banner provided by sponsor)
    * Ability to place promotional items/flyer in 500 Festival on the Green bags
  • We are seeking Petting Zoo Sponsors. It is a big draw for patrons and will be provided as a free activity. Included with the sponsorship:
    * A booth space located near in the family area
    * A minimum of 3 mentions at the event
    * Logo with hyperlink on the website
    * 1, 4'x6' Banner on site (banner provided by sponsor)
    * Ability to place promotional items/flyer in 500 Festival on the Green bags
  • We are seeking a photo booth sponsor for the event. The photo booth will provide film strip photos with your logo, website and phone number at the event. Included with the sponsorship:
    * A booth space located near the photo booth
    * A minimum of 3 mentions at the event
    * Logo with hyperlink on the website
    * Logo, website and phone number printed on all photo strips
    * Able to place 500 promotional items/flyers in Festival on the Green bags
  • We are seeking Game Truck sponsors for the event. The Game Truck will be a big draw for patrons and will be provided as a free activity.   • Premium Space Add On In Parking Lot....$20 - See map above for what is considered a "PREMIUM SPACE"
  • As Presenting Sponsor you will have a host of benefits that will last throughout the year!

    * Festival on the Green powered by "Insert Company Name Here" will be on all flyers, publications and press releases.
    * Includes a 20'x10' booth space in a prime location.
    * 2, 4'x6' banners (provided by sponsor) displayed on site at the event.
    * 500 flyers/promotional items placed in Festival on the Green recycle bags.
    * Minimum of 3 mentions at the event.
    * Logo will be added to the main page of the website and listed as a silver sponsor, with business hyperlink, for one year from time you sign up for the sponsorship.
    * Logo will be added to the weekly, Crofton Chamber Chronicles with hyperlink as a silver sponsor.
    * Presenting sponsor will receive 2 complimentary E-Blasts as part of the sponsorship package to our E-mail list of over 1,200 e-mails. Can be used any time within the year.

The Festival on the Green is held 3x annually.
This popular vendor event is attended by OVER 5k people!
That is a LOT of exposure.
If you aren't interested in being a vendor, be a SPONSOR.

1. Entry Fee: 

  • Chamber Members and Non-Profits: $90
  • All others
    • 10x10…..$130

    • Crafter's Corner .......$50
      (When the map is emailed out, it will indicate where the Crafter's Corner itself is, but due to space constraints, the individual spots are NOT on the map.  Crafter's will be directed to their spot the morning of the event.
      *If you are receiving the mail with the map, that ensures you ARE included in the Crafter's Corner*)
  • Vendors may request multiple spaces, if sharing a booth, both exhibitors must fill out separate applications and note who you are sharing with.  Entry fees will be deposited by the Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce.

2. Weather: The festival is held rain or shine. There is no rain date. Fees will not be refunded for inclement weather.

3. Cancellation Policy: The fee is non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Vendors: Crafters with home-produced items or works of art will be accepted. Food vendors, non profits and local businesses will also be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor.

*Direct Sales vendors are 1st come, first served!
CHAMBER MEMBERS get priority.
PLEASE CHECK LIST OF REGISTERED VENDORS BEFORE you register to ensure there isn't already another like vendor.

5. Vendor’s License: All vendors must possess a valid Maryland Sales Tax License or file a Concessionaire's Return, which is the responsibility of the vendor, not the Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce. A representative from Maryland's Comptroller's office may be onsite. For more information, please see the Comptroller of Maryland online HERE.

6. Food/Beverage Vendors: Fair participants selling any type of food (including bake sales) must secure a one-day permit from the Anne Arundel County Health Department. Applications may be obtained HERE. (Non-profit groups must supply a tax exempt number; for-profit groups must pay a fee.)

7. Assigned Spots: Participants are responsible for providing canopies, tables, chairs, and other display materials for their spot. ALL VENDORS MUST STAY IN THEIR DESIGNATED SPACES until after the end of the event.

8. Setup and Take Down: Set up will be 7:00am- 9:00am when a Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce Board member will be on the grounds. This will ensure that everyone is setting up properly and in the correct designated space. At the end of the day, vendors are to vacate the grounds of the Country Club by 5:30 PM.

9. Parking: Your vehicle may be parked at your vendor spot for loading and unloading only. All vehicles must be removed from the Fairgrounds by 9:30AM. You may park in the vendor parking area if you will not be leaving during the festival, NO ONE WILL ENTER OR LEAVE THE VENDOR PARKING BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10-4 FOR ANY REASON.
Vendors may NOT bring their vehicles on the lot again until AFTER 4pm.

10. Trash: Vendors are responsible for the removal of all their own trash. Dumpsters will be available for use.

11. Pets: Animals are not allowed on the premises. (Insurance won't allow it.)

You will receive the vendor map the week of the event.

Spaces are NOT guaranteed until payment is received.
If you wish to be in a certain location, you MUST note it on your registration in the "comments" field.
We will make every effort to accommodate you. No guarantees.
